I work for a PDM owned company so we do not often see any of the senior management, but where to start... Pay is abysmal. Starts off okay for a grad/entry level job but no pay increase until you have worked here for 3 years (or threaten to leave) regardless of skill level. No real training scheme. No incentives to stay longer than a year. No progression. Very few benefits. The rest of the company are very separate to us, it feels like we have evil overlords (we don't get to go to the Christmas do or have our own) Poor communication between departments. Work is very repetitive and only challenging because it is very boring and it's a wonder we don't jump out of the window. 40 hour contracts which only really need to be 37.5. Milk for hot drinks often runs out Office needs moving around as it's too big and too quiet.

Lots of silly politics which will not help company like 1. trying to create scope for his group people 2. trying to highlight to management his group minor achievements 2. promoting group members by creating scope which was taken from others
