A work culture that cares little for employees as people with needs other than money. Sell mostly perceived value.

Good location, on the river, nice if you ever find time to squeeze in a run at lunch break. The office is 5 mins walk from Blackfriars station. Easy to get to if you live near a station connected to the Thameslink line.

Cons

-A very cold-calling, phone-bashing environment. -Unrealistic targets & micro-management. -Differing standards on office floors reg. hygiene, work environment. -Lack of any kitchen conveniences (NO kettle/fridge/microwave!)

Decent commission scheme, good "hands on" managers who lead by example, friendly and respectful work environment. For sales people there is money to be made if you're prepared to put in the effort.

Cons

Growing portfolio of products not without development pains but therein lies the opportunity. Office facilities could be better to keep pace with expanding workforce.
