-- Good salary -- Recently started paid calls for doctors. (Reduced stress for getting information) -- Good environment in working place

Cons

-- Unjustified timelines for a project. (Timelines will be very short) -- Immense pressure -- No access for paid journals or articles that will be used for project (report) -- Getting help from your colleagues will be very less.
