The worst company I've worked for!

Pros

Work from home policy, flexibility, some good engineers and a great Product SVP (unless he's quit too).

Cons

Inexperienced senior management that vacillates constantly. An incompetent CMO Weird organizational structure - Marketing organization reports into Sales; Engineering and product management to the CEO. Culture that supports seniority rather than merit.

Pros

A lot's changed since the beginning of this year - new management seems to get it, and we have a lot of excitement about the new products. Up until the end of last year, things were kind of a mess in the product and HR sides though sales was good, but the big purge they did in management on both areas seems to be working. It's a great mission and people feel happy about solving real problems and you get people whose heart is in the right place. Good work/life balance for the most part. Management shares a lot of detail with employees about how things are going.

Cons

If I were to rate the place late last year, it would have been a 2 or 3. But a lot of the stuff that was broken is getting fixed and people are really motivated again. Still, the past trust issues take time to clean up.
