Good pay and benefits are satisfactory

Cons

No one knows what is happening in the fab!! Very short handed but work is expected to be done in secs..Very stressful job, Even if you put lot of hours 11hr a day, do not be surprised for a bad review!! Expect calls at 2AM on weekends for silly reasons No co-operation between Engineering and Operations group No employee is happy and most of them are leaving the company within 6mnths-1yr..

A lot of good people but they don’t stay because the culture is toxic.

Cons

Many instances of sexual harassment by senior male executives toward women were swept under the rug. Accuser is reassigned, moved or quits but just a slap on the wrist for the executive. In one instance, the male executive even got promoted after the harassment was brought to light!

Poor management - contrary to what they believe. No accountability, high turnover - contrary to what they believe, and morale that takes a hit accordingly.
