Pros

Plenty of time to focus on personal growth if you can menage your time efficiently

Cons

1. Nepotism (not uncommon when the manager helps someone else to take credit for your work). Reflected in the pay-raise and promotions. 2. Even if u give them two weeks courtesy notice before leaving, they may walk you out and in that case, they will not pay you for those two weeks. 3. Very very slow in processing green cards. If you have an advanced degree, should consider the self-sponsored options. 4. Greedy management 5. Plagued with frequent lay-offs. 6. Very poor benefits.

Pros

My manager is great, and really tries to to make this a great place to work.

Cons

- No advancement for top performers. - Raises are subpar. - They won’t match offers from other companies. - They’d rather pay more money training a new employee for three years rather than giving you a measly $1/hr raise.
