Pros
good people who are very smart & who want to do the right things, nice new bldg in Santa Clara, believe that new management will set company on the right track, investors have deep pockets & have been willing to spend
Cons
Management has been schizophrenic. Didn't manage start of company well, as it's hard to change a fab from a single-source to a multi-customer facility. Also, merger of Chartered into GLOBALFOUNDRIES wasn't handled well. At some point, investors MAY want a return on their money! Management turnover: 3 CEOs and 3 CFOs in my 3 years here - need some consistency in leadership. Too many VPs and above - trim down the C-Suite.
