Pros

- Advanced and challenging engineering work in 5G/6G communications. There is always work to do, never a dull moment. - Great manager who genuinely cares about the well-being of the people who work for him. He appreciates the hard work of the team members and reward your efforts. On top of that he is very technical and you can discuss advanced engineering topics with him. First to arrive to the office in the morning and last to leave. Approachable with an open door policy. Overall a great role model. - Knowledgeable senior team lead who is respected by peers and customers. - If you join this group you need to be motivated, ambitious and self-driven to succeed and grow. The people who struggle and whine are usually the people who lack strong technical skills, unmotivated, and treat work as a social club. They complain all the time. They don't want to do the work and want things to be handed to them on a silver platter.

Cons

- Health insurance keeps getting worse every year. Current health plan is useless unless you have a life threatening health issue. - IT department is lacking and needs more resources.

Pros

The pay is alright if you start high enough, annual raises are very poor. Bonuses are handed out quarterly but engineers and management get significantly more and their contribution is less.

Cons

Very toxic work environment, everyone is out for themselves including management and everyone wants to blame the technician on the floor for everything that goes wrong.
