      Latest greatest technology, everything is 6 years or less old. Work environment is clean and climate controlled. Employees are all striving to make the best of the place

      Cons

      No direction from management. To many managers and dotted lines between the teams. Annual 1% pay raise and a laughable bonus. Absolute lack of promotional structure. Management couldn't explain the requirements let allow follow what they have attempted to set up for their newly named path2highperfomance program. Literally the same program with a nice new title. Believe they should call it path2companyprofitability as it sucks for the employee. As cost of living in NY increases my available income decreases literally costing me $$ to stay employed at GF!!!!!

      Good opportunity to learn and if you like to work, then you can get to work on important projects that directly impacts the products

      Too much mid level managers, they are typically try to act too smart without much of management skills. Upper management is getting better.
