Pros

Co-workers are the best. They all work together as a team to get the job done. Never too busy to help out less experienced techs.

Cons

Not a con for me but 12.5 hour shift three to four days a week could bother some.

Pros

Excellent benefits, location, employees and cafeteria (albeit rather expensive). Onsite training is provided along with other necessary skills required.

Cons

Due to the company doing poorly, there were layoffs resulting in those remaining having to accept additional responsibilities. Way too many meeting everyday resulting in loss of productivity.
