Pros

New company: able to influence operations more directly. Focused on semiconductors. Privately held currently so able to focus on implementing strategy rather than trying to meet Wall St quarterly metrics.

Cons

New company: Corporate infrastructure needs continuous adjustments. Uneven focus - somethings are over analyzed while other things should get more scrutiny. Work in progress to find right balance.

Pros

The company seems to be more streamlined, less bureaucratic, more efficient than big companies. The CEO and upper management appear to be pragmatic and approachable.

Cons

Processes are not well documented making it hard for new employees to learn the job or to know the correct way to do things.

Good and bad.

Pros

Newest and latest technology to work on. Great learning experiences. Good amount of vacation time.

Cons

Too many managers. Pay was low considering the amount of work we would complete. Work over 12hrs per day 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, this takes a toll on your body mentally and physically.
