Pros

Good salary and benefits. Great new hire networking program. Highly data intensive company with several career tracks.

Cons

Since it is a fab, there are crests and troughs in word demand. Upper management is trying really hard to direct focus on key issues, but can't really spend the time due to poor resource management.

Pros

Flexible work schedule and work life balance. A lot of smart people work here with many years of experience and industry-leading expertise. Engineers come first, management second. No micro-managing. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other. Great location which is close to both NJ and NYC.

Cons

- Unknown future. With new owner it's difficult to tell what the future hold for money-losing ex-IBM 300mm fab. On the positive note, it would be easy to turn profitable with state-of-the art tools (but aging) that are now depreciated. - Questionable future beyond 14nm.
