Pros

GF used to be a good company to work for but have went downhill. This was a company that was best in class to work for but by protecting their poor managment and having inadequate employee development. I would not recommend working for them. The Malta Fab has always struggled but now they just seemed to have given up allowing their disturbing management team to violate policy without accountability. If only the CEO knew how quickly their reputation is being destroyed.
