Pros

Good pay, good benefits, nice people

Cons

Easily implementable suggestions from employees are largely ignored. Managers could be better at identifying strengths/weaknesses of workers and giving tasks accordingly.

Pros

You get paid every 2 weeks. Pay isn’t enough to live on my own. Decent benefits, 401k match, company stock program, and paid vacation

Cons

Training is hard to get. Kinda just get tossed on the floor and you learn what you see. Very busy so kinda had to learn what little I was shown and pieced the rest together.

Pros

Day shift schedule is nice. 3 days on, 4 off, 4 days on and 4 off (rotating)

Cons

Disorganized management Call outs lead to short staffing and inability to receive proper and consistent training . Human Resources idea of showing “employee appreciation” is food incentives or events where you are required to step away from your job which translates to more work stress upon return and animosity amongst co workers who take more responsibility than others.
