Pros

-Good work life balance -Immediate managers and supervisors are skilled, faced zero politics

Cons

-Changes CEO/long-term strategy every 3 years, so chances of being employed for more than 2 years is low. -Frequent layoffs and glut hiring. Large number of people hired within 1/2 years got laid off, so why hire them..? -No vision/plan for future, feels like a sinking ship.

Pros

Latest and greatest equipment Top notch vendor support Accommodating facility Lots of room to learn Multiple Powerpoints in same topic

Cons

Multiple Powerpoints on same topic for 10 different audiences Racist and bias management Rating system is opinion based not on project completions or actual accomplishments within the company How your manager "feels" about you disregarding your actual accomplishments You will have 5 different managers in 5 years No room for growth for younger engineers, no career path no guidance.
