Pros

Nothing good to share about this place.

Cons

Widespread sexual assault reported to HR but swept under the carpet. No work ethic by management. Promotion based on who you know, not how you perform.

Crap shoot for success

Pros

Overall a possibility for a very positive outlook for the future. Pay for some is excellent. Decent benefits. If you know your stuff and can show data it is usually easy to get things done.

Cons

Middle management is a joke. Almost no one accepts responsibility or wants to make a decision. Personnel management is left to inexperienced unqualified rookies which causes discontent. Extreme lack of career direction. Time off is based on a 40 hr work week therefore shift employees do not get enough time off to accommodate 2 weeks of sick time and they don't get paid shift differential for sick time or personal choice time. It actually costs a shift worker money to take sick time or personal choice time. This is a TERRIBLE practice. HE and management don't seem to care about the disconnect in the time off for shift workers. Engineers are inexperienced and over worked. The entire work force is punished for the mistakes of an individual rather than retraining the individual.

Pros

Base salary and medical benefits are on part with the industry

Cons

Bonuses and raises don't exist. Horrible management, horrible communication, food in cafe is expensive. Most of the staff is inexperienced from outside the industry... so they lean and rely heavily on anyone who has a clue... burning them out. Every department is understaffed. Maintenance and safety procentres are poorly written or just plain wrong. They always cut costs by taking away from the employees vs working to correct their inefficient business practices.
