      Total servable market continues to grow in spite of COVID-19 pandemic

      Cons

      Unethical culture, no trust to the leadership team: laying off employees in the middle of pandemic in small numbers every other day to get away with government reporting; lying thru the teeth to employees, local communities and legislatures. Finally done with this place.

      Good place to work if you are willing to learn, take up responsibilities of projects and make an impact towards company's goals, eventually your own career! Most people are willing to help. Also a good place for those who enjoy sitting in the cafeteria, do absolutely nothing but use FB, IG and still end up getting a decent pay check. You can choose which category you want to belong to :-)

      Cons

      Most of the smart engineers have left the company. Not the best team of engineers to work with! Go for it if you don't have any other job.

      Generally the teams are made up of pretty good people.

      Cons

      Management doesn't appreciate, vision and continuous improvement. Just keeping things the same way they have always been is the easy way. And build a culture of young, less experienced people who don't have a lot to offer beyond what they do day to day.
