Management favortism, some people work over 20yrs without promotion, dont have the culture of promote from within. Politics Salary lower thn fresh grad after working 3 yrs in the company with same level of qualification

Decent pay, good benefits, that's about it

Cons

Horrible work life balance. little to no training available. A high school graduate could have done the maintenance tasks I was required to do. Little to no chance for advancement I was the senior person on shift but new guys where being hired at higher pay and job titles since that's the only way they could recruit new people
