Pros

Low expectations for techs and engineers -- arrive at 830 leave at 5. Always a vendor around to take the blame when GF screws up Samsung comes to visit Malta for recruiting so you can choose when to leave for a better run company.

Cons

Fab 8 was bad before but now we have the IBM "cartel" that only promotes other IBMers. I tried to give them a chance but they were trained in failure. All they know how to do is waste money and office politics like EFK. No bonuses in our future.
