      Pros

      a) Hanging out with friends b) Travelling around c) Sticking around with few engineers that know where the problem lies. These are the engineers being sideline by management. I learnt a lot from them, thank you.

      Cons

      There is be no 7nm technology by 2017/2018 as promised by the management team. Too bad I cannot type our the reasons here. a) Managers - clueless, and they are afraid of employees who are better compared to them. The managers never like direct reports that will challenge them. b) Backstabbing colleagues - never have a good solid team that excel in problem solving. Management favors a team leader that provide 0 CIP for 2 years or anyone that is a "yes" person.

      Pros

      There are Long weekends, yearly raises as well as bonuses yearly, not a hard job with some down time, and the cafe isn't horrible.

      Cons

      Management doesn't recognize or promote people who should be promoted even when given a 5 out of 5 rating.
