Pros

Great pay and benefits. The schedule is great, it allows you to have 3-4 days off a week. Hard work is recognized by management.

Cons

Management does not hold everyone to same standards.

Pros

People are very helpful. Manager had a weekly meeting with me to make sure I learned something and offered some help. I learned a lot over there.

Cons

Management is weird in GF. A lot of phone call when you work with someone since every one works in different part of the country. Cafeteria is very bad, not much to choose

Pros

good work life balance, less stress, can go home before 6 pm everyday, good place for low performers

Cons

low pay, high turn over rate, promotion always delay, very little salary increase per year, pay not affected by performance, company location far away from down town, management sucks, company canteen food sucks
