      Great CEO. Very aggressive and visionary.

      Cons

      Awful high level management. They are the reason the CEO is not succesful.

      Pros

      New company: able to influence operations more directly. Focused on semiconductors. Privately held currently so able to focus on implementing strategy rather than trying to meet Wall St quarterly metrics.

      Cons

      New company: Corporate infrastructure needs continuous adjustments. Uneven focus - somethings are over analyzed while other things should get more scrutiny. Work in progress to find right balance.

      Pros

      Previous 2 managers were horrible. Current 3rd manager is amazing. Depends on your luck. There is support but you have to fiind it yourself. There is growth but you need to seek it out yourself.

      Work life balance is limited.
