Pros

If you are a manager plenty of pros. If you are a line worker none.

Cons

Too many too list. Management doesn't care about the lowest paid people, just about themselves.

Pros

The GF upper management is more forthcoming with information than previous IBM management. Lots of potential for this company if they stick to what they did before merger.

Cons

Some of the IBM upper management continues to stick to old ways, which keeps moral poor. People are having a tough time moving past this after the merger.
