Plenty Of Potential, Outlook Still Unclear

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay. A full gym with classes (including yoga) to use for free. A recent shift to be more team-focused (company as a whole). There are some excellent teams and managers here if you can find them, and internal transfers can help with that if you don't like where you are.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted/salary increase after consecutive above-average reviews; your manager recommends promotion, and manager's manager approves, but above that it is hard to move up. It took 2.5 years of getting recommended for promotion before I was actually promoted. The next 2.5 years was the same, but they only offered a promotion when I finally put in my 2 weeks.
