Its hard to see a positive outlook for the company when even fresh employees who want to do good and advance their careers get weighed down by the negativity surrounding them. Most managers simple ignore training and expect new hires to fend for themselves. Singapore employees often feel the company treats them like step-children. It takes away huge chunks of their profits to fund activities and promote employees in loss making sites.
