Pros

Lots of freedom to pursue projects that you love. High attrition means greater chance for newcomers to rise and shine within the company. Senior management is involved closely with day to day activities and are relatively easily accessible.

Cons

Its become fashionable among employees to ridicule the company and its culture. Its hard to see a positive outlook for the company when even fresh employees who want to do good and advance their careers get weighed down by the negativity surrounding them. Most managers simple ignore training and expect new hires to fend for themselves. Singapore employees often feel the company treats them like step-children. It takes away huge chunks of their profits to fund activities and promote employees in loss making sites.

We are about to start manufacturing and I believe this will be a great company to work for.

Cons

Because of the changing market it has been frustrating waiting to start manufacturing.
