This company is taking advantage of tax incentives with the State of NY use the company before they use you.

Cons

Extremely high turnover, lying, cheating, gossiping, and bullying is part of the culture. I showed up for work ill and had a stroke ask for an ambulance and I was told I was high and drunk, sued got paid and got and retired. The company is not professional, knowledgeable of employment law or contracts. Although the site is based in the US and controlled here, it is owned by primarily by Middle Eastern Governments and unknown entities.

Nothing I can think of after working here for nearly two years.

Cons

1. All the senior leaders are from failed companies 2. Dirty politics in headquarter and people who are good at BS get rewarded and promoted 3. Many talented people choose to leave this company 4. The ways that this company operate in many areas such as supply chain and finance are far below the average industrial standard.

Pros

If you are going to retire soon and/or do not want to spend much time on work, this will be a perfect place. All you need to do is to argue and point fingers.

Cons

People from IBM get much higher title rank than their equivalent counterparts from GF. Obviously GF management does not give a damn about how their employee feel. I am going to leave the company for sure.
