Pros

Management changes finally look to be focused and effective. Promising team in place and positive changes finally taking effect.

Cons

Incredibly entrenched stupidity. Changes are being forcefully effected in mostly what seems to be the right direction. There will be much more pain and strife while we struggle to incorporate change and fix the many many issues. Hopefully it will be in time. I am frightened but hopeful. This workplace is not for the faint of heart. It could be a final immolation of epic fail but there are encouraging signs of success.

Pros

Good engineers who are trying to work hard on every random project thrown at them by the management

Cons

Management changes road map and priorities on a daily basis
