Pros

You can choose what life / work to be in this company. Good exposure if you can talk a lot than you can do. retirement place if you just need 5 more year to work and do not care your career path. Singapore and Gemen Fab are important for this company. At least they are self-sustainable.

Cons

More work for these are hard working; none bother you if you can perform. If you are Americian, none dare to question why you can not. Lies for junior engineer about career path: so many level even in technical path. Just do a simple calculation that if you will be promoted every 2 years (too lucky that I never saw), how many years need to spend before you are fellow of this company?

Pros

Decent salary and benefits. Teamwork is good depending on the shift or shifts that you may need to encounter.

Cons

Poor management Horrid Communication Lack of documentation and equipment/process controls No accountability for actions both positive or negatative. When something goes wrong it's easy to point fingers, or have the finger pointed at you. When something goes right, good luck getting credited for your work. Management or someone above you will gladly take credit.
