Pros

Ability to work from home Challenging projects at huge client companies projects Benefits program

Cons

IT infrastructure is managed poorly, often downtimes and issues, which requires case-by-case management. Onboarding process is a complete failure: when you join the company, no one cares about you, you need to ask everything by yourself. Often questions are forwarded, forwarded ... to other people. Someone has stolen my T-short in the process (I thought there should not be any, but colleges said they received it during onboarding). Accounting is done poorly. Internal tools are still at stage of stone age: bad interface, lack of features or just absent.
