Every employee working on AI product teams is only valued if they meet the daily quota. And when you are no longer needed, you are immediately told you are terminated, told not to tell anyone, and immediately removed from all work spaces and locked out of your work laptop. Socializing was discouraged. The only thing you are allowed to do at work is your work. There are no team meetings. It is very isolating. There's no room for growth. No potential to move up or have a salary increase. And everyone is just waiting to be terminated in the next round.

Sometimes, the team assignments were incredibly chaotic. I work with a foreign team, and I’ve witnessed multiple fights between them during meetings. The environment was unpleasant, and I’m unable to request a change of team. The annual revision was a false promise. I never received any adjustment in my role or salary in the past two years.
