1. Great work culture - GL genuinely cares about its employees. They ensure that each person is given the opportunity to reach their potential through several learning opportunities both technical and non-technical. 2. GL gives support to all its employees - both for personal and professional goals. 3. Working at GL is a lot of fun because of the camaraderie and an open culture. All of the senior management is approachable anytime. 4. The best thing about GL is that the senior management takes feedback from the employees and works on implementing the feedback.

None. I have been with GL for 6+ years and have enjoyed every bit of it.

Globallogic has been always an employee friendly company. One of the best company, i have worked in my 18 years of career . Higher management is very open and you need to tell what exactly you want to do. GL invest a lot in learning and career. if You go forward one step, GL will go 5 steps forward. even in current situation where companies are firing left and right, they still wanted to hold employees. this is very very promising.

Need to take quick decision and let go below average perfomer.
