Maybe the remote working possibility

Cons

Lack of transparency; No strategy on mitigation the risks when the market is lacking projects or investments in terms of bench; Being asked to leave after less than a week after being de-allocated from a commercial project (which was reduced due to budget and not lack of positive feedback from the client); No equal opportunities .... and my list could go on
