GlobalLogic: High company income, but low personal profit — It's outsorcing, baby.

Pros

Company's office is one of the best in Ukraine. There is a Training Center.

Cons

Company gains profit by binding freshers with annual contract with great cancellation penalties (by local measures), avoiding of salary increases. For company it's cheaper to hire people without experience. Seniors are tend to leave company in search of greater compensation.
