All they care about is money, you screw up once your out....they make you feel worthless pretty much if your not pulling in the numbers like the other guys. I was forced into the sales part and was given less then 2 weeks of training while everyone else received a full month. If your not the typical scottsdale/tempe douche, who loves techno to the fullest, you won't fit in here and you'll find that out real quick. 75+ calls a day, no excuses, and when you tell people your from Globaltranz, they usually have some kind words for you before yelling at you and hanging up. This company has dug itself a big hole with a lot of people.... my advice if you want to be a freight broker...go to CH Robinson or Knight...they treat their employees better and you get paid more.

Extremely understaffed. People hate it so much they quit their first week. Prejudice against age. Literally fired someone over age. Overworked - only way to move up is to work tons of overtime and be their yes man. Management in the AP/IR Department is a joke. They do not care about anyone or anything but themselves and their numbers. They will throw you under the bus as soon as it benefits them. In a year they completely changed all of their policies regarding time off, working hours and OT making it impossible to have work life balance. They live to punish people that have FMLA - better not take a day that you need or you will be forced to work even more the next week. They call their HR People Ops- worst HR I have ever worked with, I am fairly certain there are laws being broken here. Feel free to look up how many lawsuits are and have been opened against this company.
