The company embraces an entrepreneurial approach to business empowering and encouraging its employees to improve processes and create opportunities. A true model for an open door policy, senior management does not have doors to close or offices to hide in. Extremely fast paced growth creates room for rapid advancement. The harder you work the greater the rewards are.

Cons

No 401-k (yet), otherwise compensation is competitive.

GlobalTranz is a fast moving company with room to grow. I came here 6 months ago from a similar job in a different industry. I was able to move up very quickly through hard work and buying into the system. GlobalTranz truly wants to grow and succeed in the industry by encouraging and embracing great work ethic and desire to improve. I am truly impressed with the people we bring in and develop. This company is destined to lead the industry in a very short time and I am very happy to be a part of it.

Pros

The work environment is very up beat and fun. After working for other companies and hating ever second of my day it is extremely refreshing to come to work and enjoy my job! My Co-workers have become good friends. I can honestly say GolbalTranz is the best overall work experience I have had.

Cons

The freight industry can be stressful at times but, the culture allows you to step back and refocus when needed.
