They feed you to compensate for marginal raises, no bonuses, and used as "kudos".

Cons

Black history month has been excludwithed/unestablished even when addressed by front line employees for years. Was told once by a manager that GTZ preferred to celebrate the "happier holidays. "

- Free lunch Fridays - Convenient downtown Chicago office

Cons

- 7-5 job - They want you to work as many hours as possible to make the most money - All cold calling/ phone based - Have to hit draw to make any commission (very tough) - Frat-house culture. Everyone is out to get one another
