Pros

Remote working situation Most people are friendly

Cons

No feedback on how you are doing - ever even when asked No suggestions on preferences When you go above and beyond, it's not acknowledged (being accessible and responsive on weekends, and accomplishing tasks/deadlines.) Super high attrition rate - like none I've ever seen before. Constant complaints from clients about shipments and being overcharged. Faulty software for communication for meetings They expect an 8 hour day for 2.5 hours of work and pay rate is poor Faulty software for budgeting and finances and no solution for making it better. I feel if they were to be audited they would fail miserably. Also, the diversity of culture (Asian, African Americans, and Hispanics, etc) is SEVERELY lacking to say the least.

Pros

You get insurance, gym, other benefits.

Cons

Day shift gets better perks than the night shift. Their own people get passed up for promotions. They'll hire anyone off the street for night shifts. No room for lateral growth despite what they tell you when hired. You only get moved if the management is sick of you and wants to pass you off to someone else. Impossible to fire people due to corporate rules. Management is unprofessional. Toxic work culture.

Thank you for taking the time to review GlobalTranz. We have many talented and hardworking employees in the company. We have been fortunate to offer new roles and promotions to employees by focusing on the Core Values of “being better together” and “creating positive change”, recognizing the strengths and professional goals of our employees fosters employee development and employee enthusiasm. Our employees know that all open positions are posted internally for five (5) business days prior to being offered to external candidates to encourage growth from within and many of our employees have taken advantage of these opportunities to take on exciting new roles. We appreciate our employee contributions in any role or shift and expect employees to be professional in the workplace at all times.
