Everyone but the executives have been held accountable for the company's lack of direction and poor performance. No one believes anything that's said by our senior leader. Trust has been eroded ever since they laid off many long term employees without reducing a single VP or manager role. Where is the accountability with all those large bonuses and senior roles?

Changed to a SHARED commission structure. Took away our ability to make money, leadership is not transparent, lack of accountability across the board. Made people sign a non compete and promised them a bonus then fired a bunch of people a week before they had to pay out the bonus, just sketchy business ethics all around why they spend millions on marketing with a race car team. The hours and work were always crap, but then they took away the pay and had no one looking out for their employees.
