      Pros

      The atmosphere is fun, loud and party like most days. They have big screen tv's that they will play sports, breaking news and other interesting things on. The music is loud and almost feels like you are in a club.

      Cons

      The industry is very stressful and not very rewarding. The management is not very helpful when there are real issues that have to be dealt with. The atmosphere is a bit like high school and clicky. If you are part of the click you get special treatment, if you are not, good luck.

      - Laid back culture and work environment - Tons of energy and fast paced, casual dress-code - Very good salary and benefits -always room to grow and lots of opportunities to promote from wtihin

      Cons

      - Management is more on the younger side, so sometimes there is a cut first, measure last aspect. - Change is good, but sometimes so many frequent changes can add some inconsistency and lead to frustration
