Great culture everyone is very accepting and willing to get to know you. Good commission structure where if you put the work in you can be successful.

Cons

Hours can be long. Be prepared to work around the holidays.

Pros

The company had good pay for employees, a clean building, on site cafe, on site gym and indoor basketball court, good location off of the 101 freeway, and an on site clinic optional for employees along with a sometimes decent company culture.

Cons

High stress, absolutely no job security whatsoever, low employee morale, constant micromanagement, high turn over rate, and a guilt trip from management over any personal or health time. They also provide absolutely no transparency upon your possible sudden exit.
