      Pros

      Absolutely the best place I've worked in my over 20yr experience. Globaltranz is broken into owner operating agencies. My agency is a top 10 performer. It's a huge company with family owned feel. We get all the personal touch of a small local office with benefit of a global name. I know my agency owner really cares that our team succeeds in work so we have a successful life. I love not dreading coming in, being allowed to be my authentic self. My thoughts and ideas are welcomed and put to use. I know here I'm home and they are happy to have me.

      The IT support is slow and lacking.
