      - everyone works so hard and to a fault expectations of others rise with those who exceed expectations - compensation structure needs attention for all below senior management level

      Pros

      Global Tranz has been such a wonderful place to work and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to break into the corporate world! I've learned so much and met amazing people and I love the work that I do. The benefits are also great and the pay is fair! I also cannot say enough good things about being allowed to work from home! It perfectly fits my life and makes me so much more motivated to do my best every day!
