Great company, opportunity for growth
Pros
Hard work does not go unnoticed, they do promote and acknowledge important contributions. The CEO's have been great, love our leadership, I don't think I've ever met such genuinely nice executives at any office I've worked at, it's honestly impressive. My coworkers are kind and helpful. There is opportunity for growth and incentive to challenge yourself. This is the best company I've worked for so far and I see a lot of potential for things to get even better over the next few years, they're growing rapidly.
Cons
Their benefits are adequate. They could be better, but they do have a clinic that is easily accessible & free. Salary could be more competitive for non-sales employees, they seem to be working on improving that over the past year.
