Upper management have unrealistic expectations

Coworkers were nice, there were a lot of talented tech people who were genuinely good people but left over time as before WWEX could lay them off.
Cons
WWEX bought GTZ and the merger was brutal for specific people. So many people had in a corner while one or two engineers stuck their neck out. One Sprint they have me 90 hours of work and I widdled it down to 60. We had major long term projects and upper management would add a proj3ct on top thay could easily be patched and put on hold. When you explained that, they would act like you hadn't said anything and just repeated themselves. I left due to extreme burnout. Every time two new engineers were on call no one would take their calls at night except me because noone wanted to stick their neck out. Then after I solved a major issue with no information, at 8am they would act like my credibility started at zero. That was the craziest day. Every day was like starting back at zero in the eyes of upper management.
