      Hands off, relaxed atmosphere, well paying, good health insurance, and thats about it, HR claims we're getting a gym

      Cons

      Very short term goals, no transparency, very high turnover, over promise and under deliver; hr doesn't respond to much, poor training

      Thank you for your feedback! As I'm sure you understand, building a gym is going to take some time. Between getting the appropriate permits, putting the correct plumbing and HVAC into place, and other necessities, we are taking our time to build the gym right. It's coming soon :) As far as the other comments, my team is always willing to hear how we can improve. Please visit me so I can understand your concerns and address them appropriately.
