Not a great company

Pros

I had a horrible time, the position I was in and management you have to deal with. Suffice to say I can’t name a pro. Maybe decent choice of hours?

Cons

-direct manager of department is entirely incompetent, it’s well known throughout the agents but tolerated by upper management for whatever reason. -2nd manager over the entire sales department plays good cop, but seems to keep his head down. -goals are unrealistic. They got this way by offering “incentives” for hitting double the daily goal. Which was fine when the daily goal is reachable, but the company, being greedy, said that because everyone was getting the incentive fairly often, why not double the daily goals and incentives requirements. And now you have low wage workers making less in commission and working a lot harder. Plus management goes after you if you aren’t hitting the goal (and you have a monthly goal, which can get you fired). -Health plans seem great, but they refuse to cover any “restricted” drugs. Which tend to be the most expensive... interesting. I ended up paying out of pocket for 3 of my 4 meds.
