      IT dept is great

      Pros

      Ive been in the IT dept. around 18 months and I love working here. My colleagues are friendly and fun, but hardworking. The managers have been very welcoming and supporting. The location is fantastic for me and I am so very glad I took this job. The company provides a company paid pension ( RARE these days and AWESOME) and also a 401k that the employee can contribute too. The HR team have really grown in size this past year and some really great programs are coming out of there to make this company more comparable to the big employers. Feels like they really have big ambitions and from what ive seen so far - they fully intend to reach those ambitions!

      Cons

      Vacation and sick time are pooled together in one amount which isn't overly generous compared to other big employers but is does grow with service and my managers have been very accommodating in this area too. The health benefit scheme is not the most generous I've had but its acceptable. Car parking can be problematic some days.

      The people I work with are great.

      Cons

      The pay is not good here do not like to give rises. High turn over rate and some of upper management cannot be trusted.
