      Some manual processes not yet updates and streamlined, but changes are happening to improve.

      Pros

      Globe Life owns the naming rights of the Texas Rangers, and sponsors other local sports organizations such as FC Dallas. With that, being an employee brings ticket offers, suite tickets, and more. I am a sports fanatic, so I really enjoy this. Reimbursement of gym membership is a nice perk, 401(k) matching is fair, and not located in downtown Dallas are benefits for me. Lastly, but certainly not least, the people here are friendly, and enjoy what they do!

      Cons

      Benefits (health insurance mainly) could be better, merit raises are in line with the industry, but still feel low with market growth in our region.

      LIFE INSURANCE SALES POSITIONS ONLY

      Pros

      Not a dang thing unless you are looking for a straight commission position that requires you to drive all over town in your own car, wasting gas with no guarantee of income and try to sell life insurance.

      Cons

      Lie to bring people in. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ADVERTISED. NO HOURLY PAY! Must come out of your pocket to get licensed. Con Men.
