Not many.. it’s close to home and convenient. Otherwise, there aren’t many positives.

Cons

Supervisors and lower level managers can’t think for themselves. They don’t have the authority to make decisions for their teams. They claim to not micromanage, but if you ask their immediate reports, they’ll tell you otherwise. There’s no real structure or support from management, until they want something or when it’s their head on the chopping block.
