      Pros

      Working as many hours as you’d like without being told “Your way past overtime go home!” Lol Make as much money as you want without having someone tell you you’ve worked to many hours! Nothing but amazing things to say about this company and anyone that has or does leave a bad review probably didn’t have enough drive in them to do what it takes anyways! This career is based off of performance so if your not busting your tail putting in the grind putting up the numbers then you won’t make it in this business. This is a numbers game!

      Cons

      No cons if your a pro at work ethic and work ethic is based upon each individual. No time for lazy people in this business if you can’t get up and go to work get out plain and simple.

      Office location and pension are the only two pros that I can think of

      Very low growth opportunity unless you know how to kiss your boss’s behind IT Management doesn’t value morals IT has no vision what so ever and don’t know what they are doing Company will go down hill very soon if they don’t change their management culture
